Questions
We only sell vehicles. Do we have to use the parts features?
No. Vehicles and parts are separate modules. Turn off the one you don't need and its screens disappear. You can turn it back on later without losing anything.
Can we bring in our existing stock?
Yes. Vehicles, parts, customers and suppliers can be imported from CSV files. Each import is checked first and shows any rows that need fixing before anything is saved.
Where do the market prices come from?
From sources you are permitted to use: licensed data feeds, files you upload, or websites whose terms allow collection. Every estimate shows how many listings it is based on and how confident it is, and asking prices are labelled as asking prices, not sale prices.
Can staff at different branches use it?
Yes. Each person gets their own sign-in and role, and can be limited to the branches they work at.
Does it work on a phone?
Yes. It runs in the browser on phones, tablets and computers. There is nothing to install.
